Ο Adonis "No Excuses" Hill, personal trainer από την Νέα Υόρκη, έχει πάρει το επάγγελμα του στα σοβαρά (και καλά κάνει). 

Έτσι λοιπόν αποφάσισε να αλλάξει ριζικά το γυμνασμένο σώμα που είχε χτίσει με κόπο και ιδρώτα και να πάρει 30 ολόκληρα κιλά! 

Ο λόγος?

Ήθελε να αποτελέσει πηγή έμπνευσης για την Alissa Kane, μια από τις πρώτες πελάτισσές του (που ήταν ευτραφής) και να ξεκινήσουν μαζί στην διαδικασία άσκησης και την προσπάθεια για να χάσουν τα περιττά τους κιλά:
